Caricature, comic strips, painted banners, a child's crayon map of Jantar Mantar, a lotus redrawn as a grasping hand — the work people made by hand and carried into the street, as against the photographs of them carrying it. Satire and caricature are the point of this archive, and the tape that covers faces elsewhere does not belong on a drawn face: a cartoon of a minister is the artwork, not a person to be protected.
